Your revision request will be accepted if the revision instructions do not contradict the initial order instructions you provided. Revision requests are declined if our Quality assurance department determines that your initial order instructions have been met.
You may decide to place a new order if your revision request is declined.
You can request for a revision via the “send for revision” button on your control panel before you approve the order. You can also ask for revision within 7 days after you press the “approve” button. To avoid misunderstandings, please ensure you check the paper in the preview mode before approving it. In case you are not able to access the preview mode, please contact our representations at firstname.lastname@example.org or via live chat.
A maximum of 3 (three) free revisions can be requested before approving an order. Please ensure you check the paper in the preview mode before approving it. After the three free revisions, you will need to place a new order for editing/proofreading and make additional payment.
You can also ask for revision within 7 days after you press the “approve” button. After this period, you will need to place a new order for editing/proofreading, specify the changes to be made, and make additional payment.
For orders exceeding 20 pages, free revisions are available within 14 days after you press the “approve” button. After this period, you will need to place a new order for editing/proofreading, specify the changes to be made, and make additional payment.
The revision deadline cannot be less than the initial deadline indicated in the order form.
Number Of Revisions
You are eligible to a maximum of 3 free revisions only if the described conditions are met. Please note that you can describe as many changes as you want as long as they are within the parameters of the initial order instructions.
You will be required to place a new order if your revision request does not comply with the above stated provisions.
Please note that you have 14 days to approve the paper. The approval period is calculated from the time the last version of the written paper has been uploaded onto your control panel. After 14 days, the paper (or part of the paper) will be approved automatically.
Note: The revision policy agreement is concluded in electronic format, which equals by law to an agreement signed by ink.
